Do anyone know how the Azoëtia works?

I'm trying to find information on how the modern grimoire Azoëtia works.
A lot of what I've found on the net seems very vague which leaves me scratching my head.
Can anyone help me with this, I would be very grateful.
Also what is the best way of understanding Chumbley's Art, Sigils and cryptic writing?
I do have a copy of Azoëtia but definitely need help in trying to get my head round it.
Maybe the info online is vague due to not many people fully understanding the Work?
