I suspect the diagram might be wrong. in addition to Slater's suggestion above I also add: When moving your hand it needs to go from Pt 1 through to pt 5 (the right ear) then back under the chin to pt 4 (the left ear. Then back to pt 6 (between the eyes) before going down.. That is how I figured it....

I recently started working with NAP rituals (2 weeks now)
I am aware of a sense of warmth around my head now most of the time. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
