My only advice to you is to stick to NAP exactly as it is written. Its ok to substitute a few things once you have a good few months under your belt of working with the Book. But in my experience it works perfectly well just as it is.

So here you go. This is the best I could I could do in Visio. I would suggest drawing it out on parchment with a fountain pen. It would look way better
