Igoos/Thorguard Templar Books

Anyone ever heard of these rare books? Brother Moloch seems to praise them, although I heard he worked with these people. I'm not really sure, but I saw on BookFinder that the Sorcery Course Booklet is going for almost $600! I wonder what the big deal is?
