documentary about giza pyramid and other ancient landmarks

So I did another ritual, that went well.
After it I watched some tv and was switching channels. Then had to watch this.

In it it is theorized that a civilisation millenia ago that was far advanced and spanned the globe existed, that was destroyed by some means.
It is a very nice documentary, except maybe for the gloomy end (cus the monuments could also be a giant "hello world look at how awesome we are". Just like we erect monuments today to show of technical skill and wealth/power.
I had the feeling the EE were saying they were from there. And passed on maybe through some reflexion of mind or spirit. Or maybe the catastrophy indicited in the documentary is "their agenda".
