Good sources for learning Biblical Hebrew?

I'm finding the material online for learning BH to be a tad... scarce, or generally not very in-depth.

I really want to take my understanding of Qabala to the next level, and commit myself to learning the language. But my google-fu is not very strong.

Would any of you happen to have some good resources lying around, or perhaps tips/suggestions?


I would greatly appreciate some direction. Thank you~
