Spirit Scrying Device

So I have been thinking about a scrying device for sometime now and this is what I have come up with. It is nothing new I guess as I suppose there are plenty of similiar items out there but hey its my own. I would love someone good at scrying to try it out and see how well it does for you. I numbered the items and each number will haver an explanation to go with it.
1. Is holes to place candles.
2. The green circle where you would place the seal of the demon/spirit/angel with the scrying crystal on top of it.
3. The smaller holes would be made through the triangle all the way around the green circle to allow incense to rise directly from the bottom to surround the scrying crystal
4. The triangle should be made of wood or wax.
