Earthenware Virgin - A.O Spare

Well after a long intrigue with Cultus Sabbati, a friend pointed me toward the Zos Kia Cultus. Reading through the Spare working of the Earthenware Virgin was interesting to say the least. Besides the clear connection with ix of the oto, I was interested in why spare viewed this practice so highly. Unlike CrowleyS tentative advocation for the OTO ritual, spare goes so far as to say the EV can unfailingly manifest any sigilized desire, with dangerous power. Any thoughts?
