A psychic formula

Those of you who have read my book, Hidden Secrets, will be familiar with this process given to me by a disembodied entity working through a third party. For those of you who have not read my book:
"Everything radiates energy. Choose an object you look at every day, which you believe to be almost alive. Begin to believe it is alive. When it appears to blink or move, transformation will take place inside your mind. Once this happens, remarkable phenomena will occur. Shadows will come alive, flowers will speak, and the invisible will become visible."
As hard as l tried, l just could not make myself believe that an inanimate object was alive.
Perhaps someone reading this post will have better luck.
