hello everyone, i have attempted to summon demons via the GOM book methods for a while as they seemed pretty clear and novice friendly, but i always felt i didnt do it right or had any tangible results anyway around 4-7 days ago i attempted to conjure with a solomon circle, candle, incense, did my research and planning the whole 9 yards, i banished took percautions, but since the first summoning i did using the magic circle, ive felt random " cool breezes" near my through out my body almost like jolts,today i kept feeling it on my face. another thing is im not someone who is an easy sleeper but since the past week, i can just close my eyes and passout and sleep on spurts of 15 minutes but it feels like hours.

forgot to mention, i keep getting this weird sensation in my throat area and roof of my mouth, not a sore throat more like waves of subtle heat?

can someone explain this to me?
