Lucifer

Another thing that is all the rage online these days is Lucifer. (Including some things that fail the Straight Face test)
So, I wanted to ask the more experienced practitioners here who feel they have been in contact with Lucifer:
* What kind of entity shows up - what is it like?
* What method do you use to summon Lucifer?
* This may be a silly question, but if Lucifer is associated with the evening/morning star, does that make he/she/it similar to Venus, Ishtar, or other entities associated with the evening/morning star? (Except that most people seem to describe Lucifer as masculine)
