Super I-Ching

Has any one ever heard of super i-ching before? A gentleman named Alex Chiu claims to have in possession the REAL i-ching teachings. He has a free course in his website, but the system of divination is COMPLEX to say the least. Before I invest any time in learning it I want to know if any one has experienced the super i-ching system of divination before?
He says it's the most accurate system of i-ching in the world. He claims to have predicted a number of events accurately.
Is it legit?
It sounds too good to be true. Not to mention Alex seems to have a few screws loose.
