Two questions

1. Author insist to use some lines for coming out of the ritual...(chapter 2)
should i read those lines aloud or just read them in my mind.....?
I think author said to read in mind but i wanna know what you guys do..

2. In the general respope chant
in which tense do you guys put your wish...?

I have only been practicing NAP for a few months and am by no means an expert, but this is what works for me:

1. Start saying "Coming Back" in my head getting louder in my head and then speaking aloud.

2. I usually state "to have" followed by whatever I am hoping for.

does he mean lulling,hypnotizing type of tone which can be heard...
Or it should be really aloud
