Will anyone be so kind to instruct me on how to interject intent during my NAP rituals?I have been informed to intent something specific yet during what period of the ritual?A detailed explanation will be much appreciated.

It's in the book. In the preface he says to think about what you want and state it.

In the chapter with the chants (or the chapter before) he says to think about what you want whilst repeating the chant.

I've read the book countless times and only 'saw' that a few weeks ago.

I'm gonna have to go through my hard copy with a highlighter. Because there are loads of snippets in there that are easily missed.

I read the book aloud a couple of times when I first got it after reading it once. That really drove home a lot of things for me that I think I would've missed. I probably would benefit from doing it again. It does take a little while to do it that way though, and privacy. But, yeah, as Zadok says: it's in there.
