Really back into NAP recently after a lull

I bought an old hardcover NAP back around 2016 after reading a lot of good things. Had some success and just plain old fun doing it. Realized I was leaving out all the Central Pillar stuff in between the initial relaxation NAP and the chants back then and started adding that in as well. Let some time go by being not very consistent with it. Been doing the Central Pillar (basically the Middle Pillar Ritual) with the stuff recently. Been a challenging period in my life lately and decided to get back to it in recent times. I know for sure that I just plain enjoy doing it and I feel better and more relaxed. Of course, it would be fun to have some good results also.

Tried a new twist with today’s NAP session. After the relaxation ritual, the central pillar and associated stuff, Bornless One invocation, I decided to add all the NAP angels and spirits to the General Purpose chant. And added all the Angels of Omnipotence and all the Shem Angels. Plus used the words of power from all the chants instead of just the General Purpose words of power. Then, at the end, I thanked all of them after the So mote it be part.
Just been resting plus some reading since then and feel very serene and at peace. (I know the basic rule of thumb is to just try one chant at a time but felt inspired to experiment)

Been very consistent with this lately. Almost every day doing NAP along with other meditations as well. I seem calmer, less anxiety. Some good fortune came along that really helped. My lower back has not been hurting as much the past several days (I had a MRI done yesterday and appointment with neurosurgeon Wednesday). Sometimes now when I am just resting on my bed, I seem to feel some hard to explain vibrations. Not unpleasant but just different than what I have felt before.
