Normally I will eat something afterwards to ground myself and do something mundane afterwards. chores etc,,, and forget about the ritual. I sometimes depending on how much energy I raise feel in a drunken state when I finish. Maybe you should take more time on comeback and tell yourself how you will feel while doing the comeback. I still a lot of times while just watching tv etc..when im relaxed can feel jolts running up my legs vibrating.

@tai
It could just as what you said, or many other things but since I/we can't
actually know then i guess I can only make suggestions.

It could be that your sphere is getting used to the energies going
in and around you, making you more sensitive perhaps. As long as your
gut is not telling you it's a bad thing then wait it out and see if it still
persists.

You can also add a grounding/centering ritual at the end of your ritual
to balance your energies out.

It's as how you described it, it won't hurt if you do as the book says though.

Thanks for feedback.

Mainly I was curious to know if other NAP practitioners have experienced the same grogginess. I have now started doing the Coming Back Ritual at the end of a set and my head does clear up for a while.

I’ve had incredible results with NAP.

Hey I had the same feeling back in the day when I first started with NAP.

I would recommend doing a spiritual cleansing of the book itself.

There might be some spirit attachments hooked to the book.

I sprinkle a little salt and perform a cleansing.

Hope this works for you.

Hi Tim

I’m using a scanned pdf of a second-hand copy so I’m not sure how to “cleanse” an e-document.

While I have your attention, maybe you can clarify the following matter? In your Offensive Armor Ritual:

http://studioarcanis.com/viewtopic.php ... mor+ritual

you instruct the reader to call upon “Gadriel” whereas Gray-Cobb states “Gadiel” (page 56). Gadriel/Gadreel is different in function to Gadiel.

Was this change deliberate or a misspelling on your part?

In my opinion these are the same beings.

I could be wrong. But I have worked with the spirits extensively.

Okay, I would recommend that you perform a cleansing and uncrossing

on your mind and body then. Do a simple candle spell. Works for me.

The "grogginess" doesn't have to be a problem if you talk yourself into coming up. Say out loud of to yourself, " I will count 1 to 5 and come up, more aware of my surroundings and my body." Count up, sense feeling coming back into your body, say to yourself that you are more aware, more awake. After awhile, you will have no problem coming out of it. In witchcraft, the operator may eat some bread and drink some wine afterwards. Explore a new direction...
