working with Gran Bwa

Hi everyone.
Is ok to call Gran Bwa in a shamanic healing ceremony ?
I m asking because during the shamanic ceremonies nature spirits and plant spirits are called. Does he have a gentle facet which could be called to empower a plant healing session? I am just curious.
Oh.. and to all the houngan and mambo s reading this: PLs don t jump on my neck if the question sounds too stupid
