CUBAN ATRS vs BRAZILIAN ATRS

how similar would you say they are ? or how much do they differ ? it seems like the brazilian way doesnt get hung up over the blending of beliefs like having or using orixas in there congo practices ... are afro cuban atrs more organized than the brazilian factions ?
