IIH Step One

Here is a question.

If you have already had a significant amount of training in meditation, and thereby can easily accomplish 10 minutes of No-Thought (Part 3 of Step 1 Magical Schooling of the Spirit), how long should you spend on this exercise in terms of days?

4 weeks of the 10 minutes of No-Thought? Or are you supposed to spend 1 week on part 1 (sitting quietly and observing thoughts) and 2 (focusing on something for 10 minutes) before arriving at part 3 ?

This is not made clear in Bardon's text.
All he mentions is that it should take at least 14 days per exercise, but, he is not clear on whether you need to do 14 days per step (the 3 steps of thought control) or 14 days of whatever highest step you are able to do, for example, simply doing 14 days of step 3 thought control.

Any answers would be much appreciated.
