Software for Bardon's 360 Zones

Am I limited to for example to Isevag 21 degress Virgo? It is my understanding that every day can be divided in 360 zones of 4 minutes where contact can be made when in that hour. One can work in the 20 minutes under the ruler. Can someone clarify this further? Is there a Bardon software for this? I am unable to locate it.
