Bardonian Evocation vs Modern Evocation Techniques

How would you compare the modern evocation techniques such as those published by some authors such as Konstantinos with the Bardonian procedure outlined in PME? Which of them is better? I mean better not in a sense of which is easier to learn or more powerful, but considering the quality of the comunication with the entities and the spiritual benefits that we can get from them.
