two solomonic books - opinions?

I have a couple of books in my virtual shopping cart that I'm debating on if I need, or more to the point, will put to use. Can anyone recommend these for practical use? Are they helpful for a relative beginner, or better for the expert practitioner?

Better yet, tell me they aren't must-haves... I'm trying to curtail my book buying! (Thank goodness for the library.) :D But I've learned its best to buy books (among other commodities) while still in print.

  • The Keys to the Gateway of Magic: Summoning the Solomonic Archangels and Demon Princes - Skinner, Rankine
  • A Treatise on Angel Magic: Magnum Opus Hermetic Sourceworks - Adam McLean

I gather the Dr. Rudd material has some overlap between the two, at least from what I can find online. Some of this material seems like it might be found spread among grimoires (Key of Solomon, TBOP, etc.) and books like Secrets of the Grimoires by Aaron Leitch (which I do have).

Thanks for any thoughts.
