Researching the background of a Solomonic pentacle

Greetings! I'm researching a particular talisman design that I've not been able to pin down to its source. It was referenced in the "The Complete Book of Amulets & Talismans" by Migene González-Wippler, a terrible but prominent book that doesn't cite its sources properly. It attributes it to the Greater Key of Solomon, but it doesn't appear in any of my copies.
Stylistically, I assumed it came from the Heptameron, but no luck on that either.
